Chandler

Aaron Michael Clark passed away very unexpectedly at his home in Chandler, AZ.  Born at Scott Air Force base in Illinois he started his journey as a military brat at 2 months old.  He lived and moved 7 times during his father’s service in the US Navy.  Norfolk, VA., Brunswick, ME., N. Charleston, SC., Goose Creek, SC, Key West, FL., Bath, ME., and finally settling down in Jacksonville, FL.

Growing up he enjoyed learning to snorkel, being involved with The Boy Scouts of America (winning 1st place in the Pinewood Derby twice), riding his BMX bike and skateboarding.

Aaron graduated from Sandalwood High School in 2000, in his high school years he worked various jobs in food service,
enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, and doing anything and everything with cars! All while making lifelong friends in the
process.

In 2001 he joined the US Marine Corp Reserves and proudly served for four years and earning the National Defense Medal
and the Armed Forces Reserves Medal.

Aaron began his career with State Farm Insurance Company in August of 2002. He worked in the Call Center, Catastrophe
Claims and until his death held the title of WFM Scheduler. In 2013 he transferred to the offices in Tempe, AZ. His love of camping, four wheeling and becoming a firearms aficionado grew. He thoroughly enjoyed working with the company and met many individuals that enriched his life during his tenure. During his employment with State Farm, he continued his education at Florida State College where he earned his Associate in Arts degree. He also was continuing his education at the time of his death.

Aaron had a love of animals. His first pet other than hamsters was a stray cat that showed up on the back porch.  That love carried on and he cared for and fostered puppies and many kitties.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents on both sides, and a special Aunt Connie Sue Routt and Uncle Mike Wanous.
He is survived by his mother and father, Laura and Bob Clark of Jacksonville, FL., His Dear Auntie, Paula Wanous of
Collinsville, IL., Uncle Bill and Aunt Mari Jo Clark of Collinsville, Il, First cousin William Clark Jr., as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins on both sides of the family tree.

His parents are in need of many prayers for strength. They are in disbelief their only child is gone from this earth. Holding
close all the wonderful and fond memories he left them with. He will be missed by all, especially his closest relationships he shared with Jodi Shelton, and her sons Christopher, Ryan, and Wyatt.  Also, friends close and far away: Thomas Badillo and daughter Marissa, Joe Braun, Stephen Brown, Daniel Collay, Allen Dermody, Rich Flores, Matt Garrabrant, Kim Hastedt, Anthony Iliadis, William Laurent, Jason Leighty, and Stephen Munkachy.  Apologies for anyone missed.
