Adam Lorenzo Hernandez

Adam Hernandez, a vibrant soul with a zest for life departed this world at the early age of Forever 27yrs old. Adam was known for his Big Smile, Contagious Laugh, He loved Fishing, Football, Boxing, and especially spending time with Family. He held his Pride & Joy high for his children Eli and London. That knew no bounds he cherished spending every moment with them. His “True Love” Ariel Barriente was his Rock, his confidant, and his biggest supporter. Their bond was unbreakable a testament of the Love they shared. Adam leaves behind a loving family who will deeply mourn his loss.

He is survived by his father AJ, mother Erin, Nana & Tata Howell, Nana & Tata Montano, stepmother RoseAnn, 2 brother's Anthony & Angelo, 2 sister's Alyssa & Rocio, 2 daughter's Eli & London, his true love Ariel, great grandparent's, Nana's & Tata's, Tia's, Tio’s, Cousins, and nieces and nephew.

Though he may have left this world too soon, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Rest in Peace Adam Hernandez

Visitation on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 1:00 P.M., a rosary to be recited at 1:30 P.M. with a memorial service to celebrate Adams life to start at 2:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix. He will be laid to his final rest on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Resthaven Cemetery.
