David John Addison, 71, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on December 16

, 2013.  David was born in Madison, Wisconsin on January 6

th

1942.  David moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1953.  He graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic High School in 1961.  David served in the United States Marine Corp.  He married his high school sweetheart Miriam Mracek.  They had 4 children together. David loved boating, snow skiing, and camping with family and friends.  Family was always David’s first priority. David is survived by his wife of 51 years Miriam Addison; daughter, Stephanie (Matthew) Cunningham; son  John Addison; son Scott  (Sara) Addison; daughter Sara (Amanda) Addison; 4 grandchildren, Joseph Cunningham, Rory Cunningham, Madelyn Addison, David Addison; 3 siblings, Wilber “Bud” Addison, Mary Addison, Michael Addison. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, December 21, 2013 at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 North 3
