of Phoenix, Arizona. Born on August 5, 1941 to Reynaldo and Nellie Celaya. Frances was called to Heaven to be our Angel on March 23, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Lupe and Irene.  In her blessed life she is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lupe Arballo, 3  daughters, her son, 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and her sister Mary Limon.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M., with a Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, in Phoenix. Interment to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48
