84, of Phoenix, passed away on September 24, 2015. Born on August 22, 1931 to Raymond and Maria (Flores) Arvizu. He was a great Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather. He was married 62 years and is survived by the love of his life, Anita, son Alex (Elsa), daughters Tessie and Patricia and son Ruben (Isabel). He is also survived by 11 grandsons and 8 great grandchildren. He served his country in the Navy and worked all of his life as a union electrician. Visitation will be from 9:00 -10:00am with a Funeral Mass at 10:00am, Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. There will be a celebration of life immediately following the Mass on site. Parking garage entrance is on 5th Street. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
