Nedjelka Zlatka Ban

91, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2016. Zlatka is survived by her daughters Spomenka and Vanya and her favorite son in law, Ted Allison and 3 nephews. She was a beloved wife and mother who had a great capacity for strength, courage and humor. Zlatka was a fantastic cook and seamstress who was also loved by her friends. She was a terrific wife, mother and friend. A Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 PM, Friday, January 15, 2016 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 2312 E. Campbell Avenue, Phoenix.   Burial to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
