Sandra Lee Bates, 71 of Phoenix, passed away on January 20, 2018. She was born on January 20, 1947, to Clyde & Clara Williams here in Phoenix. She is survived by her three children, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be on Monday, January 29th, at 10:00 A.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, in Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. She will be laid to rest with her mother.
