Patricia A. Berg

Patricia Ann Berg, age 67, of Phoenix, passed away suddenly after a short battle with cancer November 13, 2012. She was born to Oliver and Helen Berg in St. Paul, MN on December 21, 1944. Survived by Everett Botz, Vicki (Brian) Cleare, Bryon (Linda) Botz, Pam(Botz) Smith, grandchildren, cousins, many other family and friends. Memorial Service Monday, November 19, 2012, 10:30 a.m. at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 East Lincoln Dr, Scottsdale, AZ followed by a luncheon.
