Janet Mary Berth

Janet Mary Berth was born on May 14, 1929 in Lena, Wisconsin. She passed away peacefully on October 19, 2017 in Mesa, Arizona. She was a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan. Janet was preceded in death by her husband; Jack Berth who passed in 2004. She is survived by her daughter; Jackie Fuzat and son-in-law Bernie, as well as grandsons; Joel and Gabriel Fuzat, granddaughters; Molly Campbell (Owen) and Annie Rangel (Lucas) and great-grandsons; Xavier, Isaac, Caden, Connor, Avery, Lucas and Micah. Graveside Service is on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted by Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
