Yolanda E. Berumen

69 of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 28, 2016. She was born in Sonora, AZ, July 31, 1946 and moved to the Phoenix Valley in her early adulthood where she enjoyed playing fast pitch softball for the Phoenix Westerners for many years. Her dedicated career consisted of Motorola, then retiring after many years from CenturyLink, most recently enjoying her retirement life working at Chase Field. Yolie is preceded in death by her Nana Juanita Diaz-Gonzalez, Mother Esther G. Berumen and Sister Mary Lou Berumen. The celebration of her life continues in her family, the family in which she cherished and loved so dearly. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, July 9, 2016 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24
