89, loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and former resident of Casa Grande passed away March 30, 2014. Born in San Jose, CA to parents Bart and Anna Gattuccio. Annette graduated from Stanford University with a degree in psychology. Her studies became the foundation for her lifelong interest in helping others. By joining the Hoemako Hospital Women’s Auxiliary and by being a member of the Casa Grande Valley Cotton Wives Association she began her lifelong habit of helping others. Her favorite pastimes were playing tennis, reading, gourmet cooking, and entertaining. Annette had a natural gift of putting others at ease. Her infectious sense of humor was always evident. She shared her wisdom always with compassion and never judgmentally. Her grace and inner beauty illuminated all around her. Her elegance was shown to everyone she knew. All this she did with simplicity and without any false pride. Annette is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Joseph Bianco. She is survived by daughters Diane Glover (John), Linda Bohon (John), Leslie Phillips (Jay), her grandchildren Claire Glover Wire, Kelly and Molly Bohon, and Matthew and Tanner Phillips. A private family service is planned. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in Annette’s memory by Endovascular Research, Barrow Neurological Foundation, 350 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home and Post Scripts by Posey.
