Julie Elaine Blevins, 78, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on January 2, 2020. She is survived by her 3 sisters; Liz, Gloria and Donna, 8 nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.
