Ellen Ann Bolcko

Ellen Ann Bolcko 76, of Glendale passed away on October 21, 2017. She was born on February 7, 1941 in Waterloo, Iowa to Robert and Catherine Darland. Ellen’s family came to Arizona in 1952. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and was a certified addiction counselor. She was a member of Women in Aviation International and held a private pilot license. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother; Joseph Darland. Survivors include her sister; Barbara Darland, daughters; Anita Gray and Jennifer Bolcko and grandson; Brett Laidlaw. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Thursday, October 26, with a Funeral Service at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 27, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd. Interment will follow at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery, 200 W. Beardsley, Phoenix.
