Cheva G. Candelaria

Cheva G. Candelaria passed away May 13, 2021. She was born on March 5, 1938 in Carlsbad, NM, one of twelve children born to the late Amador and Guadalupe Gonzales. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert A. Candelaria Sr., her children Robert A. Candelaria Jr (Lorraine), Ofelia M. Aguilera (Jose), David V. Candelaria, six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Cheva enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, music, camping, fishing and walks through Christown mall. She was a great mother not only to her kids but to all that needed a mother’s guidance. She was the family rock. Family and friends are invited to the Graveside Service at 10:00 am on Friday, May 21, 2021 at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th St., Phoenix, AZ 85008 and Celebration of Life from 12:00-3:00 pm at 1809 N. 15th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85007.
