Terra Lynn (Schultz) Churchill

Terra went to be with the Lord as she peacefully slept on Sunday, November 13, 2011. She was born August 5, 1971 in Phoenix and resided in Glendale most of her adult life. She is survived by her 5 children, Tiffeny, Britteny, Whitteny (James), Bradley & Ashley, 5 grandchildren, Preston, Maximus, Gauge, Aubrianna & Khale, parents Jan & Tom Schultz, brother Shawn (Danielle), grandmother Blanche Allen and Aunt Marcella Schaufele and by her long time companion and soul mate Roy Umphrey. She is also survived by Brad Churchill and his 2 children Scott and Tiffany. Terra has 10 aunts and uncles and 10 cousins. She was predeceased by grandparents Robert Allen, Ken and Clara Schultz. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Christ Community Church, 4530 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale, AZ. In lieu of flowers any donations would be appreciated for the family.
