(69) Jack passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2014.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and was truly an Arizona native since 1956. He is survived by siblings
sister Gayle Whitford, brothers James Crowley (Jayne), Dennis Crowley (June), and Kenneth Crowley. Also several nephews and niece. Jack was a professional Landscaper and Business Owner. He performed as a comedian, in theater and his love of music lifelong.
To celebrate his life a Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, Arizona
