Jesus “Jesse” Cuellar

Jesus “Jesse” Soqui Cuellar passed away on November 14, 2018 at Ryan House in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 80. Jesse worked as a professional Chef for many years before giving his life over to church work. He adored working in the ministries and volunteering his time to those who needed him. Jesse is survived by Susan Vail-Cuellar, four children Ashley Cuellar, Gina Funk, John Paul Hoke, and Jess Lorona, two grandchildren Anthony and Mason, along with his beloved siblings.

A viewing will be held from 8:00 – 9:00 A.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Jesse’s funeral will take place at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix on November 20, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. Interment will immediately follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorials in honor of Jesse be made to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home to help with funeral costs. “Rest now, you are at peace.”
