Deborah Ann Faux

July 5, 1946 — April 4, 2025

Phoenix

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann Faux, 78, a beloved daughter, mother, wife, and friend. Deborah passed away on April 4, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ. Deborah brought beauty and growth to everything she touched.

Deborah was born on July 5, 1946, in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was born to parents Raymond E. Gellar and Mildred Polk. Upon graduation from high school, Deborah spent a few exciting years working for TWA, while studying nursing whereby upon graduation she earned her degree.

She was a humanitarian, a free spirit, and had the ability to see the beauty in all living things. As a young woman, Deborah married Nelson Faux and they moved to Phoenix, AZ where they raised a family of 3 children.

As a mother, she enjoyed family, laughter, and raising her sons; teaching them to always embrace life and remember to give back. She kept a piece of artwork upon the wall that said, “All I ask of you, is forever to remember me, as loving you.” That was the greatest gift she was able to give her family and all those she touched in her life.

Deborah’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. She is survived by her Husband Nelson Faux, her 3 sons David Faux, Zach Faux, and Michael Faux; her daughter-in-law Janine Faux; four grandchildren: Jordan Faux, Ryder Faux, Duke Faux, and Grace Faux.

Though she is no longer with us in body, Deborah’s light will never fade. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will endure in every life she touched.
