Christopher E. Devoe

Christopher Edward Devoe of Scottsdale, Arizona has passed away on August 7, 2023.

Christopher was born in Presque Isle, Maine to Edward Devoe and Jacqueline Bosse. He grew up with his three sisters Susan, Janet, and Kim. As a teen, he loved spending his time playing hockey and being with his family. As he got older, he joined the United States Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician’s Mate. This sparked his joy for material handling, management, and sales.

While in the Navy he met and married Tina. Within a year they had started a family, complete with his son Blake and his daughter Madison. Later in life, Chris remarried Christina Speros accompanied by her daughter Stella. Being a kind and dependable husband, father, and grandfather was of the utmost importance to Chris and he certainly did not disappoint when it came to wholeheartedly loving his family.

Chris loved the beach, sports, snowmobiling, music, and most importantly – all his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by us all as a son, brother, father, grandfather, husband, uncle, mentor, and friend.

A memorial service will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home on Thursday, August 17, at 1:00 PM, followed by a celebration at Roman’s Oasis from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. For those unable to attend the service it will be live streamed at the Facebook page for Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
