Margaret “Maggie” Mary Donovan

Margaret Donovan, 79, passed away on December 31, 2015 in Phoenix AZ. She was born on December 18, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was married then divorced. She is survived by three adopted boys and 20 plus kids she raised. “Maggie” made it her ministry to take care of needy children. She started off teaching and fostering special needs children in Bethlehem, Connecticut and she ended her life taking care of children in Phoenix. She has touched the hearts of children from Pittsburgh to Phoenix and families like the Muchowicz’s, Donovan’s, MacDonnell’s and Sankiewicz’s from France to Peru. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix. Memorial donations may be made in Maggie’s name to any charity. Flowers may be sent to St. Theresa Catholic Church.
