Adele Eid

Adele Eid, 83, entered eternal life October 6, 2018. Born in Zahle, Lebanon and moved to the United States in 1970. It is said that if someone passes during a rainstorm, “the angels are crying.” It was pouring rain the night mom died. Married 66 years, Mother to nine, grandmother to twelve and great-grandmother to one. Adele is preceded in death by sons George, Joseph and Tony. She is survived by her husband Karim; daughter Marie; sons Elie (Debby), John (Jondarc), Faez, Sam (Faye), Abraham (Jessica), five sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. with a service at 7:00 P.M., at St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church, 5406 E. Virginia Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85008. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48 Street, Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church.
