Isabel B. Encinas

born October 7,1930 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Went to rest September 20, 2016.  Isabel moved to AZ at the age of 2 with her Mom Susie Rosales Carranza. She attended St. Mary’s

Elementary School and graduated from St Mary’s High School in 1950. While working at First National Bank she met and married Manuel Encinas. She is preceded in death by her husband Manuel and son Marky and survived by her children; Terry Leyvas and son in law Ricky Leyvas, Eddie Encinas and Cecilia Encinas. Grandchildren; Joey, Timmy, Lisamonet, Jill, Susie and Isabel and 9 great grandchildren. Isabel retired from the State of Arizona Agricultural Department in 1997 to enjoy traveling with Manuel. Las Vegas was among her favorite places to visit with Aunt Anna & Aunt Dutchie. She loved shopping and her favorite holiday event was Christmas Eve dinner. She will be dearly missed by family, friends and all those Isabel touched with her one of a kind personality.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., Wednesday September 28
