Stony Escoto

73 of Maricopa, AZ, born on February 11, 1941, passed away on June 19, 2014.  Stony served in the U.S. Army from 1960 – 1966 during which time he received a medal of good conduct.

He worked 33 years for the Arizona Department of Transportation as a Transportation Engineer.  During his career; he received several certificates of recognition for saving and caring for his fellowman.  He retired in the year 1999 so that he could enjoy his family and love of nature.

He is beloved father to Teresa Lisa, Yvonne and Michael of Phoenix, Arizona, grandfather to Cassandra, Monique, Andre, Yvette, Vince, Mario, Marie, Everley and Evan,  and great-grandfather to Seraphina, AJ and Aaleah.  He is also survived by his sibling Mary Castro of Mammoth, AZ.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am, Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phx., AZ.
