Larry C. Ferra

Larry C. Ferra was born in Phoenix, Arizona on August 18, 1941, passed on August 11, 2013.  Preceded in death by his father and mother, Leopoldo and Esperanza Ferra, and brother, Joaquin Ferra.  Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Trini, sons Larry Ferra, Jr. and Mark Ferra, daughters Karen Ferra and Alisa Ferra, brother Leopoldo Ferra, and sister Esperanza Reveles.  He has seven grandchildren:  Alexia, Larry III, Zachary, Marissa, Reina, Angelie and Lily.  He retired after 34 years with Sperry/Honeywell.  He lived a life of strong family values and inspired his family to cherish being together as much as possible.  He enjoyed nature with his family, be it camping in the mountains, basking at the beach, or relaxing on his patio.  He lived for the happiness of his family, where he loved to watch his children and grandchildren participate in sports or other activities.  We love you Husband, Dad and Tata, You will be forever in our hearts.  On Friday, August 16, 2013 there will be a Visitation at 8am and a Rosary at 9am at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.  Funeral Mass will be at 11am at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 909 South 1
