Mary V. Folz

Of Phoenix, AZ, went home to our Lord on December 9, 2015. Mary, the Irish lassie, was born in 1933 in Philadelphia, PA to Harvey and Mabel Green. She was raised in Phoenix, married for 54 years to the love of her life, Bill Folz Sr., who preceded her in death. Their marriage was rooted in family and friends and above all a strong faith in our Lord Jesus. She is survived by her brother Charles Green (Vivian), brother-in-law Mickey Folz (Peggy), 5 children, Bill Jr. (Susie) Folz, Michele (Bill) Ruebsamen, Patti (Jack) Etter, Kathy (Gary), Colleen (Beau) Mantz, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to all the staff at Silverado Senior Living of Scottsdale, Mom’s home for the last 5 years. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, December 14, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4701 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix.
