Helena G. Fragoso

On July 30, 2014, we lost “Our Querida” Mom and Nana, Helena G. Fragoso. She passed away quietly and peacefully at age 86. She was born on October 12, 1927 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was a devoted daughter to her parents, Pablo & Leontina Gonzales who preceded her in death. She was married to Eleuterio “Rico” Fragoso, Sr, for 48 years, who also preceded her in death. Left to cherish her unending love and memories are her children, Pauline F. (Jose) Gonzalez, Mona (Edward) Vannatta, Eleuterio “Rico”(Olga) and son Carlos, who also preceded in her death; she was blessed with 10 grandchildren, Rico (Linda), Reina, Nicolas, Eleuterio (Esperanza), Iliana (Matthew), Adriana, and Maiya; 7 great-grandchildren, Bridgette, Mia, Ramesis, Isabella, Gianna, Julius and Liliana.  Survived by hermanos, Ramon, William, and Ralph Gonzales.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Our Lady of Fatima, 1418 S. 17

Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.  On Tuesday, August 5, 2014, Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00am, Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00am, with interment to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48
