Cherie (Hopper) Fredrich

, 2013,  born in Wisconsin and moved to Phoenix, AZ.  Preceded in death by her husband Charles, son Michael, mother Isabelle Hopper, and sisters, Demaris Ristau, Dawn Snow.  Cherie is survived by daughter Janet Velasquez (Richard) & loving grandmother of Virginia Valenzuela (David), Cynthia (Billy), Richard (Marissa), 4 great-grandchildren, brother Jack and several nieces and nephews. Attended St. Mary’s Springs Academy in WI.  Retired from Phx Union High School Dist, AZ. as the Trevor Browne HS Bookstore Manager of 20 yrs.  She was an avid Bingo player and worker at the Am. Legion, DAV and Elks, she enjoyed watching and talking about sports.  A Memorial & Rosary will be on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home at 10:30am, 4800 East Indian School Rd. Burial to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Rd. at 12:30pm.  Donations can be made to Seasons Hospice or a youth organization of your choice.
