Patricia Fuentes, 55, passed on September 10, 2020 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on February 2, 1965 to her parents Jesus DeLeon Fuentes and Mary Rita Garcia in Boise, Idaho. Patricia is survived by her 4 sons; Adam, Luis, Christopher and Dwayne, 2 daughters; Kristina and Jewel, 1 brother, 8 sisters, and 8 grandchildren. She will be held in loving memory forever by her family and friends.
