Helen Agnes Peterson Gasca

86, passed away on April 26, 2015 at Hospice of the Valley, Dobson Home, in Chandler Arizona.  She lived a faith-filled, exciting and fun-filled life with her husband Arnold Gasca for the past 10 years and with Charlie Peterson (deceased) who she was previously married to for 55 years. She is survived by her husband, Arnold, siblings: Jerry Sammon and Doris Peacock, her 3 children and spouses; Chuck (Fran), Debbie (Karl) Weber, Robert (Sharon), 8 grandchildren and their spouses and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by the Gasca family; 6 children, 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She loved being around family, enjoyed travel, going to movies, eating out and laughter. Helen moved from Long Island, NY to Phoenix in 1970.  She and Charlie Peterson were founding members of the City of the Lord Catholic Community in Tempe, AZ.  Helen left an impression on everyone she met and she will be missed by everyone who knew her. Services will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3450 W. Ray Road, Chandler, AZ.  Visitation will be from 9-9:30 am, with a Rosary at 9:30 am and Funeral Mass at 10:00 am., Thursday, April 30, 2015.
