Mary “Dolly” Gower

98, of Phoenix passed away May 19, 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Kissner and Cathy Motola, son Edwin J. Gower, grandchildren, Allyson St. Vincent, Angela Gower, Katie Gower, and Matthew Gower as well as 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin E. Gower. She has been a Phoenix resident and a member of St. Agnes parish for over 50 years. She was a member of TOPS for 32 years. Visitation will be from 5:30-8:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00pm, Sunday, May 22nd at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am, Monday, May 23, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 North 24th Street, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix. Donations may be made in her name to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
