Evelyn Lois Harman

passed away suddenly on June 20, 2016 and entered into the loving arms of Jesus, at the age of 81, in Phoenix, AZ.  She was born to Erich and Callie Krentz on November 14, 1934 in LaPorte, Indiana and married to Ronald for nearly 59 years. Evelyn was preceded in death by her son, Nicholas and granddaughter, Sarah.  She is survived by her husband, Ron and sons; Tony (Carrie) Harman of Yuma, Greg (Lisa) Harman of Phoenix, Rev. Vince (Tammy) Harman of Yuma and daughter, Gretchen (Dave) Surridge of Phoenix; as well as 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Even though she had a fear of heights, she hiked the Grand Canyon 17 times, enjoying the beauty of God’s creation.  She loved volunteering and leading a Bible study at the County Jail, hiking, walking and being with family & friends.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, July 2
