Janice Lorraine Orbich Hawkins

68, passed away on May 12th, 2015. Janice is a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Delmar James Hawkins; her three children: Wendy Jo Hawkins, Joy Anne Hawkins Mullins, and Wesley James Hawkins; her daughter-in-law Denise Fornatora Hawkins; and her five grandchildren: Anthony James Hawkins, Theresa Grace Hawkins, Genesis Joy Mullins, Trinity Anne Mullins, and Anaiah Rose Mullins. Also surviving are sisters: Madeline (John) Chopp of Lawrence, PA: Audrey (Pete) Pollice of Pittsburgh, PA: Valerie (Leo) Steiner of Bridgeville, PA: and Joanne (Richard) Szyjko of Sturgeon, PA. Janice resided in Phoenix, AZ, originally from Lawrence, PA. Janice was in the 1964 graduating class of Canon McMillan High School in Canonsburg, PA. Janice had a kind and loving heart and was always helping others. She loved to give of herself and was very generous to those around her and her family. She had an especially fond love of dogs and loved camping up north in the pines. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held for Janice on Saturday, May 16th 2015 at 1:00pm at Mountain View Christian Church. 2927 E. Campbell in Phoenix, AZ 85016, with a reception to follow on-site.
