Gracie Michelle Hernandez

Gracie Michelle Hernandez was born in Phoenix, AZ on March 1, 2014 and departed on March 29, 2014. “Dearest Gracie, please know that our greatest blessing was having you.” Heaven’s gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. She is being greeted in Heaven by her grandpas Edward Sanchez, Rafael Hernandez and all her great grandparents. She is survived by her parents; Carlos and Christine Hernandez, big sister, Gillian Sanchez, Maternal Grandmother Susan Sanchez, Paternal Grandmother Maria De Jesus Hernandez, Aunts and Uncles; Edward Sanchez, Lydia (Javier) Yepiz, Sylvia (Salvadore) Alanis, Petra Hernandez and Lourdes (Bill) Holmes. She is also survived by numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Visitation will be on Friday, April 4th, 2014 from 9am to 10am at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. Funeral Mass is at 11am at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 3801 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
