Marie Frances Hinni, of Cape Girardeau, died 25 July 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona of complications from Parkinson’s disease. She was 81. She was born in Perryville, Missouri on 4 October 1933 to Daniel and Mable (Miget) Berkbigler. She graduated from St. Vincent High School, attended Southeast Missouri and Northwestern University. She married John Hinni in 1959. They had two children, John Jr. (Jack) of St. Louis, MO and Dr. Michael Hinni (Jill) of Fountain Hills, AZ. She was the manager of Hartford’s ladies store for many years and subsequently worked in the Tumor Registry Department of St. Francis Medical Center, retiring in 1996. She is survived by her husband John, two sons John Jr. and Michael Hinni (Jill), four grandchildren Stella and Emily Hinni of St. Louis, MO, and Brandon and Danielle Hinni of Fountain Hills, AZ, five sisters Rose Mary Stenech of Tucson, AZ, Anna Mae Balsman (Larry) of Miami, FL, Nina Gross of Godfrey, IL, Merle Bradford of St. Louis, MO and Pearl Moore (Bill) of Hammond, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Daniel Jr. and Robert. A Memorial Service will be held at Ford and Sons Funeral Home, 1001 N. Mt. Auburn Rd., Cape Girardeau, MO on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions be designated to the Community Counseling Center Foundation, 402 S.
