Beatrice “Betty” Huguez

Beatrice “Betty” Huguez born in Phoenix Arizona passed away peacefully at home at the age of 90 on April 15th, surrounded by family. The Lord saw her suffering and said “Well done, Good and Faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the Joy of your Master.”

Betty was a devote Catholic and devoted her life to teaching others about Christ and the meaning of the Rosary, she spent 50 years teaching Religious Education, Baptism, Confirmation and Quinceañera instruction at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Anthony (Tony), and 3 sons Frank, Abel, Rodney, and grandson Michael. Betty is survived by her children Debbie, Robert (Bertha), Cecilia, Anna (Tommy), Becky, Cathy (Donnie), James, Lisa (Michael), Lynda, 34 grandchildren, 73 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

Visitation Monday, April 24, 2023, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church 1418 S. 17th Ave., Phoenix AZ from 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Rosary 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. There will be a private burial service on Tuesday, April 25th at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
