Petra (Pat) (Ramirez) Hurtado

Matriarch of the Hurtado family passed away on May 1

, 2014 at the age of 100.  Petra was born in San Miguel De Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, September 17, 1913 to Esteban Ramirez and Maria Sanchez.  She was predeceased by her husband Jose of 57 years.  Also predeceased by her sons Rev. Jose R. Hurtado, Casimiro Hurtado, daughter Esther Hurtado, daughter-in-law Dorothy Hurtado.  She lived her final years in the loving care of her daughter Elizabeth and her granddaughter Patricia O’Campo.  Petra is survived by her daughters Elizabeth O’Campo and Connie (Paul) Boucek along with her 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  We are also grateful for the care from Companion Hospice.  Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30am, with a Rosary at 10:00am and Funeral Mass at 10:30am, Saturday, May 3, 2014 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24
