Jacquelyn Jankovsky

Jacquelyn June Jankovsky (July 21, 1934 – June 24, 2014) was born in Indiana, to Ruth Smykal. Jackie is survived by her husband of 58 years, Frank Jankovsky; children Michael, Steven, Kenneth, Suzette, Joseph, Lisa, Rita and Matthew; eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. After attending North High School, Jackie graduated from Good Samaritan Nursing School in 1955; Jackie spent nearly 40 years working as an L&D nurse. A long-standing, active member of Saint Theresa Catholic Church, Jackie and Frank were one of the first couples to join Saint Theresa’s congregation.  Jackie enjoyed spending time with her family and the numerous other children she took into her home.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014, at 9:00 am at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Christ Child Society. A wonderful wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother Jackie will be sorely missed by everyone she touched.
