John Richard Hawley

It is with great sadness, we share the passing of our father, John Richard Hawley, 80. He is now reunited with our mother, Lola. Born in Michigan, he attended Phoenix Union High School and joined the Marines after graduation. He stole his best friend's sister in 1970 and they spent an adventurous 50 years together, filled with love and laughter. He leaves behind their children; Cathy (Sal), Juanita, John Jr., 10 grandkids, 5 great-grandkids and a puppy dog named Link. 

Tuesday, August 20, 2024 a visitation will be held from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. with a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phx. Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Phx.
