Jeremy Michael Johnson

36, of Phoenix, passed away on August 25, 2014.  Jeremy is survived by his son Cody, daughter Amberly, grandson Cayden, mother Mary, brother Joshua, sisters Mickaela and Danielle, grandparents Karl and Ann Baker and many more friends and relatives.   He just recently became a grandfather and he was going to be called “Paps.”  Jeremy was a very loving person who had a heart of gold.  Jeremy enjoyed football, baseball and was also on the swim team.  He enjoyed being with his family and being the life of the party.  His smile always radiated the room.  Jeremy was a very dedicated, hardworking man who will be deeply missed by all of us.  A joint Memorial Service will be held for Jeremy and Jarrod on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 11:00am at Christ Church of the Ascension, 4015 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ.
