Laura Lee Kavanaugh

Laura Lee Kavanaugh, at the age of 54, passed away on July 28, 2020. A funeral prayer service will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home on August 4

th

, 2020 at 1:30pm with visitation to follow from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later time to celebrate Laura’s life.

Laura was a native to Arizona, born in Phoenix, and lived the majority of her adult life in Cave Creek / Carefree, Arizona. Laura had an entrepreneurial spirit as she created a very successful residential cleaning company in the Carefree area. At a young age, she designed and built a beautiful custom home where she raised her son, Nicholas. She loved horses and the western lifestyle.

Laura is survived by her son – Nicholas Louis Sands V; Her partner in life – Louis Sands IV; Her mother – Francine Lea Kavanaugh; Her Brothers – James and Patrick Kavanaugh and her step-brother Dewitt Kavanagh.

Laura is preceded in death by her Father Michael Thomas Kavanaugh and her stepmother – Abbie Margaret Kavanaugh.
