Keegan James Curran age 34 of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2024. Keegan was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Carrie and James Curran on March 21, 1989. He leaves behind his parents and sisters Maggie Wilson (Mark) nephew, Otto and Emma Curran of San Diego, CA, as well as his partner Sarah Knight and her daughter Ryken. And last but certainly not least, his constant companion, pit bull “Missy”.
He loved nothing more than his close friends (a terribly extensive list) and entertaining people. He spent many happy years promoting in the Old Town Scottsdale bar district at multiple local venues. After leaving Old Town behind, he owned and operated a successful epoxy flooring business, KJC Consulting, LLC.
Keegan traveled extensively from sailing the Adriatic Sea off Croatia to traversing Lake Michigan in a catamaran. Perhaps his favorite place was the shore of Northern Indiana on Lake Michigan from where he’d recently returned following an extended stay with Sarah and Missy in the Indiana Dunes.
Keegan was always there to lend a helping hand, taking many people in need under his wing. He will be sorely missed by many close friends and extended family. A funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Joy located at 36811 N. Pima Rd. Carefree AZ on Monday, January 22 at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be expressed at www.whitneymurphyfuneralhome.com.
