Keith B. Kellogg

81, of Phoenix, passed away on August 31, 2016. He was born on October 4, 1934 in Gary, Indiana to Forrest and Alice Kellogg. He was a graduate of Cornell University and active in his fraternity. He was involved in many business organizations in Florida and Arizona. He enjoyed soccer, coaching baseball for his kids, bridge, traveling and golf. He is preceded in death by his wife Sally and second wife Joanette. He is survived by his sons Kevin and Michael and 3 grandchildren.
