Ena Kortman

97 of Gilbert passed away December 21, 2015. She was born in McBain, MI on October 4, 1918. She was married to Henry Kortman for 65 years. They moved to Phoenix from Michigan in 1958. Ena’s life passion was Christian education, especially Phoenix Christian Grade School where she and Henry donated hundreds of hours. Ena was preceded in death by her husband in 2003. She is survived by her children, Roger (Patricia) AZ, Larry (Terri) NV, Keith (Connie) CA, Cliff (Cindy) TX, her siblings, Kay Sikkema, Georgie Laarman, Bertie Grzybowski, Gertrude Rubingh, Milton and Bernice Meekhof, and Willard Van Haitsma, all of MI, 16 grandchildren, 33 great- grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Phoenix Christian Reformed Church, 2438 E. Earll Drive, Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, Memorial
