Thomas Andrew “Andy” Martin

38, beloved son and brother, passed away on November 4, 2013 from complications of systemic Scleroderma.  Born and raised in Phoenix, he attended Madison elementary schools, Cardigan Mountain School (Canaan, NH), St. Mary’s High School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Murray State University in Kentucky.  He is survived by his parents Nancy and Bill Martin of Phoenix, and his brother Craig, sister-in-law Stephanie and niece Emily of San Diego.  The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of St. Joseph Hospital for their exceptional care and professionalism.  Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
