Ann L. McCutcheon was called into eternal life on June 1, 2016. She passed away peacefully in her home in Phoenix, AZ. Ann was born on August 11, 1932 in New York City and grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts. She was a graduate of the High School of Commerce in Springfield. Ann enjoyed living the majority of her adult life in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. She was the daughter of Italian immigrants Pasquale and Maria Ciuffreda Capuano of Monte Sant’ Angelo Italy and had 12 brothers and sisters. She retired after many years of service to the City of Phoenix where she worked as an Administrative Assistant. Ann is preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by sisters Nancy Capuano LaLiberte and Sandra Capuano; brothers Carmine (Wife Mary), Dominic (Wife Anita), and Frank (Wife Kathy) Capuano; children Bennett B. McCutcheon, Jr, (Wife Michelle) Victoria McCutcheon, Patrick (Wife Natalie) and Dominick (Wife Julie) McCutcheon; grandchildren Lauren, Ben, Angela, Amy, Julie, and David McCutcheon; great granddaughter Sydney McCutcheon; as well as many nieces and nephews. Ann enjoyed a lifelong devotion as a Catholic parishioner and had a strong faith in God. We love you Annie and look forward to the joy of seeing you again. A visitation will be held from 9:30AM to 10:00AM, with a Rosary at 10:00AM and Funeral Mass at 10:30AM, Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th St. in Phoenix. Burial will follow services at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Arrangements and trusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
