26, passed away on November 24, 2013 to be with our Heavenly Father, joined now also with the love of his life Patricia Castaneda.
Survived by his father Chris Anaya and mother Mary Jane Medina, his children Jalen and Darien Medina, brother Zachery Anaya, sister Salina Medina. Grandmother’s Olivia Medina and Esther Anaya. Grandfather Bobby Jaime. Great-grandmother Emma Medina, lots of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 8:00-10:00 A.M., with a Rosary at 9:30 A.M., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M., at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4715 N. Central Ave., Phoenix. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale
