Jose Damian Mendez

36, of Phoenix, passed away on February 19, 2016. Jose is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Stephanie, daughter Divine, son Damien, niece Destiny, parents Silvia and Jorge, brothers Andres and Alejandro, sisters Vanessa and Yesenia, 14 nieces and nephews and the City of S.D., National City, CA. Jose was a loving father and an amazing friend to all he knew, spreading wisdom to everyone he was in contact with. Our world will be a little dimmer without him. A Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, with a Funeral Service at 2:00pm, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. He will forever be in our hearts. As “Nanay” would say, “One Love and Peace to all.”
