Dr. Patricia D. Moore passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Patricia is survived by her daughters Jacqueline Picone and Kristina Dunne (John), and her grandchildren Joe, Katie and Steve Russell, Matthew and Julia Picone, and Emma and Keira Dunne.
Her daughters Jacque Picone and Kristina Dunne will be making arrangements for a small private family funeral now, and then a larger public memorial celebration later this year.
They have set up a Memorial website and would love to hear your stories and remembrances of Pat. More information will be included here as it becomes available.
