It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ann Moseley. Ann was born in Sylacauga, AL, on November 3, 1956. She was an adoring wife, loving mother, beloved grandma, sister, friend and favorite bartender of many Phoenicians and Phoenix visitors. Ann moved to Phoenix with her son James in 1986, and began bartending around town, ending up at the Ole Brass Rail for the last 20 years of her career. She is survived by husband; Robert P. (Bob) Moseley, son; James Leo Tomczak, sisters; Pam Harper and Sherrie Richards, and grandchildren; Jordan, London and Sophi. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 11, 2018, with a Memorial Service at 6:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.
