Donald L. Myers

Donald L Myers, born August 31st in Huntington Beach, CA. passed away February 1, 2019, in Mesa, Arizona. He was 63 years old. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Joan Myers, 2 sons Jason and Michael and a grandson Gavin. He moved here in 1962 with his family where they settled in south east Phoenix. He attended Balsz Elementary school and East High School, class of 1973. His passions in life were music, cars and the Pittsburgh Steelers. His love of music came from his mother and his love of cars and football from his dad. These influences eventually inspired him to be a Disc Jockey both in radio and nightclubs, an entertainment director, photographer and a machinist/mechanic. He was a devoted and loving husband to his wife Joan. He was a great friend to all of his childhood friends and stayed connected throughout his life, as well as making many new friends along the way. He will be missed deeply by all he touched and loved. God Bless Dee we love you. In Lieu of flowers you can make donations to the WWP the Wounded Warrior Project. Preferably in Arizona.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix.
